Haven't been feeling well over the past few days. I was having a bad toothache 4 days ago and subsequently an episode of sore throat a day after. Then came multiple ulcers in my oral cavity 2 days ago. Now I'm feeling feverish and malaise. =( Should have gone to the panel doctor for some medications but I lost my insurance card some time back.
My caring cum anxious parents came all the way here to bring me porridge and the traditional medicine prepared by my grandma and grandaunt. They call it the goat's horn drink(I think so) to remove heatiness. The family was worried I cannot eat well. Even grandma called yesterday to ask if I was feeling better. Sadly, no. Awww... love them lotsss... Hope I'll get better by tomorrow after all these warmth.

Slightest makeover
Colored my hair at last after remaining quiescent in the shade of dark brown, which appeared black for almost a year. I'd found a new image I boldly wanted to try but the hair stylist just screwed it with the curlers. The whole family was laughing when they saw it. Bro said if I had dyed my hair white, it will look as if I was wearing a lawyer's wig. *rawr Had to wash them off immediately after getting home. Good thing they were just temporary curls.

Checked!!
Life's great with these awesome people around to at least bring some zest after a crazy week of work and studies. I was entirely battered both physically and mentally before Friday arrived. Thank God, my beloved aunt drove me back from Melaka so I didn't have to drive. Had a preplanned evening with Aikmunn and Meicher but I was even more surprised to receive a sms from Bernice asking if I was back. Way beyond my expectation, we met up and had a wonderful get-together.
Saturday was just as good. I received a call from Michele to go for bak kut teh with Erin, Joanne and Aaron(Joanne's boyfriend). Not long after I put down the phone, I'd been abducted by Erin. Gosh, the five of us actually finished up six people's shares. I had been eating alot and undoubtly growing sideways too. :( Like indulging in a buffet party, we are never satisfied with just one round of serving. Instead of more bak kut teh, we went to Pelangi Sport cafe, with Meicher joining us and we just had to order more food. Then accompanying Michele for her haircut. LOL
Lova mei

Spent the evening eating roti tissue and watching Surrogates with Lova. We had planned so much for December's public holidays but should not reveal it till the time comes. It's really going to be happening, I hope. I'm having this bad toothache and minor sore throat that restricted my diet. Sigh, it's good though, in a way that I should constrain my eating habits but why am I sulking? :(

Of fish and chips, chicken chop and mille crepe
Wonderful night, wonderful company. Awesome dinner, awesome dessert.
Of Wok & Pan and Nadaje.
Besties... Khai Hong <---> Wendy.
Had a chilling Wednesday since the group couldn't make it for paintball cuz we had tonnes of work to do. Somehow managed to fork out some time at night to go for a good dinner with KH. It had always been pleasing to have him around. We could go on talking like nobody's business. How strange when we are both in Melaka but this was only our second time going out together. We met up more often during the weekends in BP. We'll get out more often, that's a sure thing in future.

Echoing a Joyous Strain, Hear That?
Since my previous write-up about Christmas and all the pictures posted, I've seriously been missing Christmas alot!! If anyone of you had noticed on MSN, my Windows Media Player had been playing a whole list of carols. It's way too early, I know. Of all the festivals, Christmas has always been a significant occasion to me. Maybe because it is softened by love. As for this year's celebration, I promised myself to have a merry one since it will be celebrated in Malaysia after a long hiatus. Ok, I take my words back. Not hiatus actually cuz all my Christmas celebrations in Manipal were awesome too. It's just that I'm really missing my comrades whom I spent my yesteryears with. This festive season had been the greatest with them around and almost incomparable. The warmth fills my heart every now and then. I even told one of them I want a very romantic Christmas because it's special to me like that. And it will not be in BP. So it's anywhere but Batu Pahat. I'm certainly looking forward to 25.12.09.

'Twas significantly a whole load of fun we had. I've forgotten the details by now. People phrased, 'A picture is worth a thousand words', So yeah, will let these pictures speak their ways.

Speaking like a kid
I love my day, absolutely.
Had a great Saturday spending quality time with my family cuz dear brother was back too. I was awaken by him as early as 9am to go for his favorite breakfast with mom and returned home only to realize that there will be a powercut from 9.30am till 5pm. Literally meant that we couldn't stay at home for half a day. So we packed our stuff and sought shelter at my aunt's place for a couple of hours. At noon, Eunice came to try on some dresses which she wanted to borrow for a photoshoot. We waited for dad to return home from work and went for lunch and then to chill out at the the mall. Got back home but the currant was still not available. So off we went to aunt's place again till 6pm. Had a good dinner there and we came home. Thank God, the currant was back by this time. But we went shopping again. Like what a typical family day yet I had an awesome time talking to my parents and and bro.
One of the best events I had been eagerly looking forward to was meeting up with Erin! Finally back from Melbourne for good. Yes, after such a long long time. The last time I saw her was during CNY 2007. Eunice and Chuan Bee were there too. We had a wonderful time chatting and succumbing to Erin's tiny humor which made us chuckled, giggled and laughed incoherently in between the conversations. It was lovely to have a friend like her to do crazy acts together and surely do missed those times we had back then.

Alright, realized I was sounding at the tone of a kid when I talked about today! No, I meant yesterday.
